Data Architect

I’m currently recruiting for a Data Architect role based in Dublin. This is an initial 6-month contract, focusing on hybrid working. Strong day rate available.

About the Role

• Lead the design and evolution of a modern enterprise data platform, shaping long-term Data & AI strategy.
• Define scalable data architecture and collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver high-quality data solutions.
• Drive data governance, architectural standards and technology roadmaps across a large enterprise environment.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in enterprise data architecture and delivering large-scale data transformation programmes.
• Strong expertise with Snowflake, AWS, data modelling and modern data architecture principles such as Data Fabric.
• Proven ability to engage senior stakeholders, produce high-level solution designs and influence architectural decisions.

Desirable

• Experience with data governance, metadata management and data quality tools.
• Background defining enterprise data roadmaps, target-state architectures and governance frameworks.
• Experience working within complex, large-scale organisations with multiple cross-functional teams.
